What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

 

  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Products are unused and untampered with
  • A return request has been made via email within the 14-day window

 

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@noirellemakeup.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Return Process

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

Shipping Costs of Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noirelle Makeup is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.

 
What is the Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days after the product is received for your refund to be issued. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

 
When will I get my order?

At Noirelle, we work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Within the Netherlands, delivery time is between 3-7 working days for standard shipping and 2-4 working days for fast shipping.

All other countries within the EU have a delivery period of 5-14 working days
What items can i not return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the Netherlands:

  •   Standard Shipping: €2 — Delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of shipment.
  • Fast Shipping: €8 — Delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of shipment.

Outside the Netherlands (EU & UK):

€12 — Delivered within 5–14 working days from the date of shipment.

For transparency, you will always know the shipping price before you make a purchase.
